This page allows you to view the details of the various currencies that can be used in various transactions. You can select the code identifying the company for which you want to view the list of applicable currencies. You can also view the details of the base currency and the parallel base currency of the company.
Select the “View Permitted Currency” link at the bottom of the “View Company” page.
The “View Permitted Currencies” page appears.
Enter the following field:

Company Code |
Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the company for which you want to view details. All the companies that have been created will be available for selection in the ascending order. |
Note: The system displays the currency details of the company selected in the “View Company” page by default at the launch of the page.
The system displays the following:

Company Name |
The name identifying the company. |

Base Currency |
The code identifying the base currency of the company. |
|
Parallel Base Currency |
The code identifying the parallel base currency of the company. |
The system displays the following in the “Currency Information” multiline:

ISO Currency Code |
The ISO code identifying the currency that can be used in a transaction. |

Currency Desc. |
The description of the currency. |
|
Status |
The status of the currency. It could be “Active” or “Inactive”. |
|
Start Date |
The date from which the currency has been set as a transaction currency. |
|
End Date |
The date till which the currency is set as a transaction currency. |
