Viewing logistic organization details

This page allows you to view the details of a logistic organization. You can select the code identifying the logistic organization for which you want to view the details. You can view the details of the business units that have been attached to the selected logistic organization. You can also view the details of the company to which the business units belong. The system also retrieves and displays the status of the business unit and the dates during which the mapping is effective.

Select the “View Logistic Organization” link at the bottom of the “View Company” page.

The “View Logistic Organization” page appears.

Enter the following field:

Logistics Organization

Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the logistic organization for which you want to view details. All the logistic organizations that have been defined for the company will be available for selection in the ascending order.

The system displays the following:

Logistics Organization Name

The name identifying the logistics organization.

The system displays the following in the multiline:

Business Unit	The code identifying the business unit.
Business Unit Name	The name identifying the business unit.
Company Code	The code identifying the company.
Company Name	The name identifying of the company.
Status	The status of the business unit mapping in the logistic organization.
Start Date	The date from which the business unit mapping is active in the logistic organization.
End Date	The date till which the business unit mapping is active in the logistic organization.

To proceed, carry out the following

Select the "Attach Notes" link at the bottom of the page to record your observations.
Select the “Collaborate” link at the bottom of the page to record or to view the observations or comments or discussions regarding the document.
