This page enables you to select the inspection order for which reports must be generated.
Select the “Generate Inspection Reports” link under the “Report For Asset Life Cycle Management” business component.
The “Generate Inspection Reports” page appears.
Enter the following in the “Report Criteria” group box:

The inspection order number from which you wish to generate the report (Alphanumeric, 20) |

Desc. |
The description of the inspection order (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially. |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the clearance request. The system provides the options “Fresh”, “In Progress” and “Closed”. |

Work Group |
The work group that is responsible for carrying out the inspection order (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the work group in full or specify it partially. |

Inspection Sch. |
The inspection schedule based on which the inspection order has been created (Alphanumeric, 18). You can enter the inspection schedule number in full or specify it partially. |

Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the inspection order for which the reports must be generated. The system lists all the inspection order types that have been defined in the “Define Inspection Types” activity of the “Inspection Order” business component. |

Category |
Use the drop-down list box to select the category of the inspection order for which the reports must be generated. The system lists all the inspection order categories that have been defined in the “Define Inspection Categories” activity of the “Inspection Order” business component. |

Priority |
Use the drop-down list box to select the priority of the inspection order. The system lists all the priorities that have been defined in the “Define Priorities” activity of the “Maintenance Organization” business component. |

Route |
Use the drop-down list box to select the inspection route. The system lists all the routes that have been defined in the “Create Route” activity of the “Predictive Maintenance” business component. |

Date From |
The starting date from which you wish to view the inspection orders that have been created (Date Format) |

Date To |
The date till which you wish to view the inspection orders that have been created (Date Format) |
Enter the following in the “Report Options” group box:

Report Action |
Use the drop-down list box to select the default report action. The system lists the following options:
The system displays “View”, by default. |

Sort By |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the order in which the entries in the report will be sorted. The system provides the options “Date”, “IO number”, “Work group”, “Status”, “Type” and “Category”. |
Select the “List Of Inspection Orders” link to generate the list of inspection orders.
Select the “Inspection Order Details” link to generate a detailed report on the inspection order.
