This page enables you to select the plan number for which you wish to generate the reports.
Select the “Generate Maintenance plan report” link under the “Report For Asset Life Cycle Management” business component.
The “Maintenance Plan Reports” page appears.
Enter the following in the “Report Criteria” group box:

The plan for which the reports must be generated (Alphanumeric, 18) |

Desc. |
The description of the plan (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially. |

Plan Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the plan. The system lists all the plan types that have been defined in the “Define Plan Types” activity of the “Maintenance Plan” business component. |

Plan Category |
Use the drop-down list box to select the category of the plan. The system lists all the plan categories that have been defined in the “Define Plan Categories” activity of the “Maintenance Plan” business component. |

Plan Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the plan. The system provides the options “Fresh”, “Confirmed” and “Closed”. |

Report Action |
Use the drop-down list box to select the default report action. The system lists the following options:
The system displays “View”, by default. |

Sort By |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the order in which the entries in the report will be sorted. The system provides the options “Plan No.” and “Plan status”. |
Select the “Job Status list for Maintenance plan” link to generate a report listing out the status of the jobs carried out as a part of the plan.
Select the “Maintenance Plan summary details” link to generate a detailed report on a maintenance plan.
