This page allows you to select the preventive maintenance schedules for which you wish to generate reports.

The “PM Schedules List” page appears.

PM No. From

The starting number of the preventive maintenance schedules for which you wish to generate the report (Alphanumeric, 20)

PM No. To

The number till which you wish to generate the report (Alphanumeric, 20)

Desc.

The description of the preventive maintenance schedule (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the reason in full or specify it partially.

Status

Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the preventive maintenance schedule. The system provides the options “Active” and ”Inactive”.

PM Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of preventive maintenance schedule that you wish to retrieve. The system lists all the PM types that have been defined in the “Define PM Types” activity of “Preventive Maintenance” business component.

Task/Proc.

Use the drop-down list box to specify whether you wish to retrieve PM schedules based on a task or procedure. The system provides the options “Task” and “SP”.

Code

The task or procedure that must be carried out as a part of the PM schedule (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the task ort procedure in full or specify it partially.

PM On

Use the drop-down list box to select the maintainable object for which the preventive maintenance schedule has been raised. The system provides the options “Equipment” and “Location”.

Code

The equipment or the location on which the PM schedule has been raised (Alphanumeric, 30)

Eqp. Group

The equipment group to which the equipment specified, is a part of (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the equipment group in full or specify it partially.

Location Group

The location group to which the location specified, is a part of (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the location group in full or specify it partially.

Report Action

Use the drop-down list box to select the default report action. The system lists the following options:

  • Print – Select this option to print the report.

  • View – Select this option to view the report.

The system displays “View”, by default.

Sort By

Use the drop-down list box to specify the order in which the entries in the report will be sorted. The system provides the options.
