Inspection On

Use the drop-down list box to select the maintainable object on which the inspection has been performed. The system provides the options “Equipment” and “Location”.

Code

The equipment or location on which the inspection has been performed (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the equipment or location in full or specify it partially.

Alarm Level

The alarm level based on which you wish to retrieve abnormal parameter values (Alphanumeric, 12). You can enter the alarm level in full or specify it partially.

Parameter

The parameter of the equipment or location for which you wish to view abnormal parameter values (Alphanumeric, 30). The system retrieves all the equipment or locations to which similar parameters are attached.

Action

Use the drop-down list box to retrieve equipment or location based on the action that must be taken for the abnormal parameter values. The system provides the options: “Work Request”, “Work Order” and “Alert”.

Location

The location of the equipment (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the location in full or specify it partially.

Date From

The starting date from which you wish to view the abnormal parameter values (Date Format)

Date To

The date till which you wish to view the abnormal parameter values (Date Format)

Report Action

Use the drop-down list box to select the default report action. The system lists the following options:

• Print – Select this option to print the report.

• View – Select this option to view the report.

The system displays “View”, by default.

Sort By

Use the drop-down list box to specify the order in which the entries in the report will be sorted. The system provides the options “Equipment”, “Location”, “Date” and “Parameter”.
