This page enables you to select the equipment or location for which the shutdown job list must be generated.
Select the “Generate Shutdown Job List” link under the “Report For Asset Life Cycle Management” business component.
The “Shutdown Job List” page appears.
Enter the following in the “Report Criteria” group box:

Use the drop-down list box to select the maintainable object for which the shutdown job list report must be generated. The system provides the options “Equipment” and “Location”, |
Code |
The equipment or location code (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the code in full or specify it partially. |
Desc. |
The description of the equipment or location (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially. |
Status |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of the equipment or location. The system provides the options “Active” and “Inactive”. |
Criticality |
Use the drop-down list box to select the criticality of the equipment or location. The system lists all the criticalities that have been defined in the “Define Equipment Criticality” activity of the “Equipment Induction” business component and are in the “Active” status. |
Enter the following in the “Report Options” group box:
Report Action |
Use the drop-down list box to select the default report action. The system lists the following options:
The system displays “View”, by default. |
Sort By |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the order in which the entries in the report will be sorted. The system provides the option “Eqp/Loc”. |
Select the “Shutdown Jobs” link to generate a report on the shutdown jobs list.
