This report gives a consolidated list of observations that are in various statuses in work logs.
Select the “Work Log Statistics Report” link under the “Report For Asset Life Cycle Management” business component.
The “Generate Work Log Statistics” page appears.
Enter the following in the “Report Criteria” group box:

Work Log |
Use the drop-down list box to select the work log for which you wish to generate a report on observations. |

Entry Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the observations that you wish to retrieve. The system provides the options “Open”, “Closed”, “Transferred” and “Deleted”. |

From Date |
The starting date from which you wish to view the observations (Date Format) |
|
To Date |
The date till which you wish to view the observations (Date Format) |

Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the observation. The system lists all the observation types that have been defined in the “Define Types & Categories” activity of the “Work Log” business component. |

Category |
Use the drop-down list box to select the category of the observation. The system lists all the observation categories that have been defined in the “Define Types & Categories” activity of the “Work Log” business component. |
Enter the following in the “Report Options” group box:

Report Action |
Use the drop-down list box to select the default report action. The system lists the following options:
The system displays “View”, by default. |

Sort By |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the order in which the entries in the report will be sorted. The system provides the options “Work Log” and “No. of Observations”. The system displays “Work Log”, by default. |
Select the “Work Log Statistics” link to generate the observation details of the work log.
