This page enables you to select work requests for generating reports.
Select the “Generate Work Request Reports” link under the “Report For Asset Life Cycle Management” business component.
The “Generate Work Request Reports” page appears.
Enter the following in the “Report Criteria” group box:

Work Request No. From |
The starting number of the work requests for which you wish to generate the report (Alphanumeric, 20) |

Work Request No. To |
The number till which you wish to generate the report (Alphanumeric, 20). |

Desc. |
The description of the work request (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially. |
|
Location |
The location of the equipment for which the work request was raised (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the location in full or specify it partially. |

Request On |
Use the drop-down list box to select he maintainable object for which the request has been raised. The system provides the options “Equipment” or “Location”. |

Code |
The equipment or the location on which the work request has been raised (Alphanumeric, 30). |
|
Reported By |
The employee ID of the user who has reported the work on the work request (Alphanumeric, 30). |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the work request. The system provides the options “Fresh”, “Forwarded”, “Approved”, “Cancelled”, “Rejected” and “Closed”. |

Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the work request. The system lists all the work request types that have been defined in the “Define WO Types” activity of the “Work Order” business component. |

Priority |
Use the drop-down list box to select the priority of the work request. The system lists all the priorities that have been defined in the “Define Priorities” activity of the “Maintenance Organization” business component. |

Category |
Use the drop-down list box to select the category of the work request. The system lists all the work request categories that have been defined in the “Define WO Categories” activity of the “Work Order” business component. |

Date From |
The starting date from which you wish to view the work requests (Date Format). |

Date To |
The date till which you wish to view the work requests (Date Format). |
Enter the following in the “Report Options” group box:

Report Action |
Use the drop-down list box to select the default report action. The system lists the following options:
The system displays “View”, by default. |

Sort By |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the order in which the entries in the report will be sorted. The system provides the options “Category”, “Date”, “Equipment”, “Location”, “Type”, and “Work Request No.”. |
Select the “List of Work Requests” link to generate the list of work requests.
Select the “Work Request Details” link to generate a detailed report on a work request.
