Using Online Help

In this page you can select an equipment using the report criteria and generate reports.

The “Equipment Reports” page appears.

Eqp.

The equipment for which you wish to generate the reports (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the equipment in full or specify it partially.

Desc.

The textual description of the equipment (Alphanumeric, 150)

Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the equipment, which could be “Normal”, “Rotable” or “Tool”.

Status

Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the equipment. The system provides the options “Active” and “Inactive”.

Location

The location of the equipment (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the location in full or specify it partially.

Parent

The parent equipment of the equipment (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the parent equipment in full or specify it partially.

Eqp. Group Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the equipment group type. The system provides the options “User Defined Group”, “Ganged Group”, “Also Down” and “Failure Group”.

Eqp. Group Code

The equipment group code (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the equipment group code in full or specify it partially.

Classification

The classification to which the equipment belongs (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the classification in full or specify it partially.

Sub-Classification

The sub-classification of the classification (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the sub-classification in full or specify it partially.

Report Action

Use the drop-down list box to select the default report action. The system lists the following options:

  • Print – Select this option to print the report.

  • View – Select this option to view the report.

Sort By

Use the drop-down list box to specify the order in which the entries in the report will be sorted. The system provides the options “Equipment”, “Type”, “Location” and “Parent”.
