You can enter report criteria in this page and generate reports listing out the locations.
Select the “Generate Location Reports” link under the “Reports For EAM Setup” business component.
The “List Of Locations Report” page appears.
Enter the following in the “Report Criteria” group box:

Location |
The location for which you wish to generate the reports (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the location in full or specify it partially. |

Desc. |
The textual description of the location (Alphanumeric, 150) |
|
Parent Loc. |
The parent location of the location (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the parent location in full or specify it partially. |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the location. The system provides the options “Active” and “Inactive”. |

Planning Group |
The planning group of the location (Alphanumeric, 30) |
|
Location Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the location. The system fills in all the locations that are defined in the “Define Location Types” activity of the “Maintenance Organization” business component. |

Cost Center Code |
The cost center of the location (Alphanumeric, 20). You can enter the cost center code in full or specify it partially. |

Parameter |
The parameter of the location (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the parameter in full or specify it partially. |
Enter the following in the “Report Options” group box:

Report Action |
Use the drop-down list box to select the default report action. The system lists the following options:

Sort By |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the order in which the entries in the report will be sorted. The system provides the options “Location Code”, “Type”, “Planning Group”, “Status”, “Cost Center” and “No. of Equipment”. |
Select the “List Of Locations” link to generate a report on the list of locations.
