List Of Planning Group Report

This page enables you to select planning groups using report criteria and to generate a report listing them out.

Select the “Generate Planning Group Report” link under the “Reports For EAM Setup” business component.

The “List Of Planning Group Report” page appears.

Enter the following in the “Report Criteria” group box:

Planning Group	The planning group for which the report must be generated (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the planning group in full or specify it partially.
Desc.	The textual description of the planning group (Alphanumeric, 150)
Type	Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the planning group. The system lists all the work groups that have been defined in the “Define Work Group” activity of the “Work Group” business component.
Status	Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the work group. The system provides the options “Active” or “Inactive”.

Enter the following in the “Report Options” group box:

Report Action

Use the drop-down list box to select the default report action. The system lists the following options:

Print – Select this option to print the report.
View – Select this option to view the report.

Sort By

Use the drop-down list box to specify the order in which the entries in the report will be sorted. The system provides the options “Planning Group Code”, “Status” and “Type”.

Select the “List Of Planning Groups” link to generate the list of planning groups.
