This page enables you to select procedures using report criteria and generate a report on the list of procedures.
Select the “Generate Procedure Reports” link under the “Reports For EAM Setup” business component.
The “List Of Procedures” page appears.
Enter the following in the “Report Criteria” group box:

Procedure |
The procedure for which the report must be generated (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the procedure in full or specify it partially. |

Desc. |
The description of the procedure (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially. |

Procedure Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the task. The system fills in all the task types that have been defined in the “Define Task Types” activity of the “Task” business component. |

Procedure Category |
Use the drop-down list box to select the category of the task. The system fills in all the task categories that have been defined in the “Define Task Categories” activity of the “Task” business component. |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the task. The system provides the options “Active” and “Inactive”. |

Having Task |
The task that is a part of the procedure that must be retrieved (Alphanumeric. 30). You can enter the task in full or specify it partially. |
Enter the following fields in the “Revised Date” field:

From Date |
The date from which you wish to retrieve the procedures that have been revised (Date Format) |

To Date |
The date till which you wish to retrieve the procedures that have been revised (Date Format) |

Report Action |
Use the drop-down list box to select the default report action. The system lists the following options:

Sort By |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the order in which the entries in the report will be sorted. The system provides the options “Procedure Code”, “Procedure Description”, “Type” and “Category”. |
Select the “List Of Procedures” link to generate the list of procedures.
