This help page allows you to search the standard notes identification number. You can carry out the search for the standard notes identification code using the search criteria such as the code identifying the standard notes, the OU where the standard notes is created, the date of creation of the notes, the text available in the notes field. You can specify the values in the fields either in full or partially using the “*” wildcard. The system retrieves the search result in the multiline. Select the standard notes number from the multiline and click the “OK” pushbutton to the transfer the same to the required page.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Standard Notes ID” Field.

Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for the standard notes

Std. Notes ID |
The unique code identifying the standard notes which needs to be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 18) You can enter the notes id in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the notes whose identification number similar to the number entered here. Leave this field blank, to retrieve all the notes irrespective of its identification number |

From Created Date |
The starting date, in the range of standard notes dates, from which the standard notes, must be retrieved (Date Format). Ensure this date is lesser than or equal to the system date. The system lists all the standard notes that are created later than this date. Leave this field blank, to retrieve all the standard notes, irrespective of the starting date of creation |

Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the Standard Notes based on the search criteria entered
The system displays the following information in the “Search Results” multiline

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the Standard Notes
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
