View Employee License Information

Use this page to view the license information pertaining to the employee.
Ensure that you are in the “View Personal Information” page.
Select the “View Employee License Information” link from the bottom of the page.
The “View Employee License Information” page appears.
The system displays the following:

Date and Time Format |
The date that is applicable to the login user. |
You can view the following details in the “Employee details” group box:

Employee Code |
The unique employee code and name of the employee. The system displays the value selected in the “Select Employee” page. |

Date of joining |
The date on which the employee joined the organization |
|
SSN No. |
The social security number of the employee. |
|
Employee Type |
The type to which the employee belongs. |
The following details are displayed in the “License details” group box:

License No. |
The license number of the employee. |

License Desc. |
The description of the license |
|
License Category |
The category to which the license belongs |
|
Date of Issue |
The date on which the license is issued to the employee |
|
Issuing Authority |
The issuing authority of the license. |
|
Permanent / Temporary |
Specifies whether the license is issued on a permanent or temporary basis. |
|
Valid From |
The period from which the license is valid |
|
Valid Till |
The period till which the license is valid |
|
Status of License |
The status of the license. |
|
Revoke / Suspension Date |
The date on which the license is revoked or suspended. |

Remarks |
Any remarks pertaining to the license details of the employee. |
Specify the following:

Line No. |
The line number of the work unit. Select the required value from the drop-down list box. |
You can view the following details in the “Skill details” group box:

Skill Code |
A unique code to identify the skill. |

Skill Desc. |
The textual description of the skill. |
|
Skill Type |
The type to which the skill belongs. |
|
License Class |
The class to which the license pertains. |
|
Object Type |
The type of the object. |
|
Aircraft Model No. |
The unique number pertaining to the aircraft model |
|
Base Part No. |
The unique number pertaining to the base part. |
|
ATA No. |
The ATA # specific for the employee. In other words, the employee will be allowed to perform procedures on the systems that belong to the ATA number specified here. |

Model/Part No. Desc. |
The description of the model or the part number. |
|
Reference No. |
The reference number pertaining to the skill details. |
|
Remarks |
Any remarks pertaining to skill details of the employee. |
The following details are displayed in the “Record Statistics” group box:

The name of the person who created the skill details |

Created Date |
The date on which it was created |
|
Last Modified By |
The name of the person who modified the skill details of the employee. |

Last Modified Date |
The date on which the skill details were last modified. |
