Help On Employee

 The “Help On Employee” page appears.

 The system displays the following field at the top right of the page.

Date  Format

The date format that is applicable to the login user. More Details.

Employment Unit

Select the desired employment unit group from which the employee records must be fetched, from the drop-down list box.

Employee Code

To view a particular employee code, type in the code of the employee.

 

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example:  ECC1*, will search for those employee codes that start with ECC1. Other examples are *ECC1 and EC*C1.

Employee Name

To view all the employee names containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these employee names in any combination with wild cards. Example:  To get Jonathan, type in JO*, to search for those employee names that start with JO. Other examples are *NATHAN, JO*AN, and JONATH*.

Position Title

To view all the position titles containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these position titles in any combination with wild cards.

Department

To view all the department names containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these department names in any combination with wild cards. Example:  Type in SYS*, to search for those department names that start with SYS.

Job Title

To view all the job titles containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these job titles in any combination with wild cards

The following employee details are displayed in the corresponding columns of the multiline.

 Employee Code

The unique code of the employee.

Employee Name

The name of the selected employee.

Employee Type

The type of employee.

Position Title

The position title of the employee.

Department

The department to which the employee belongs.

Job Title

The job title of the employee.

Employment Unit

The employment unit group of the employee.
