Use this page to view the user-employee mapping.
Ensure that you are in the "Create Employee File" or “Record Personal Information” page page.
Select the “User Employee Mapping” link from the bottom of the page
The “User Employee Mapping” page appears.
The system displays the following:

Date Format |
The date format that is applicable to the login user. |
You can use the search criteria to view the details of the required employee or user.
To select through Search Criteria
Use this method, if you know just a few characters of the employee code or user code. In the search criteria group box, specify the search criteria based on which the system will fetch the records.
To specify the search criteria, you must enter one or more characters that the employee code contains. Search based on wild card characters is also supported. To narrow your search to the closest matching records, you can also enter search criteria for other details such as, the name of the employee, the employee type and the date of joining.
Enter the following search criteria values, in some or all of the following fields:

User Name |
To view all the user names containing specific characters type in the starting character or characters of these employee names. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example: To get Jonathan, type in JO*, to search for those user names that start with JO. Other examples are *NATHAN, JO*AN, and JONATH*. |

Employee Code |
To view all the employee codes containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these employee codes. |

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example: ECC1*, will search for those employee codes that start with ECC1. Other examples are *ECC1 and EC*C1. |

Employee Name |
To view all the employee names containing specific characters type in the starting character or characters of these employee names. |

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example: To get Jonathan, type in JO*, to search for those employee names that start with JO. Other examples are *NATHAN, JO*AN, and JONATH*. |
Select the “Search” pushbutton.
Note: If only one search criteria value is entered, the system will fetch the records that satisfy this value.
If more than one search criteria value is entered, the system will fetch the records satisfying all the specified values.
If you do not enter any value in the search criteria group box and select the “Search” pushbutton, the system will fetch all the records that are available for the selected employee code setup unit.
Specify the following in the multiline:

User Name |
The unique code that identifies the user. Help Available |

Employee Code |
The unique code of the employee. Help Available |
|
Employee Name |
The name of the employee. |
|
Mapping from date |
The date from which the employee is mapped to the user. |
|
Mapping till date |
The date till which the employee is mapped to the user. |
The system displays the following details in the multiline, for the records that satisfy the search criteria specified.:

Created by |
The date on which the user-employee mapping was created |
|
Created date |
The name of the person who mapped the respective user and the employee |
|
Last modified by |
The name of the person who modified the existing user-employee mapping, the latest. |
|
Last modified date |
The date on which the user-employee mapping was last modified. |
Specify the following below the multiline:

Comments |
Any comments pertaining to the user-employee mapping. |
To enter comments
Select the Book icon beside the “Comments” field. The system displays a dialog box containing the comments that were entered previously, if any.
You can view, modify or delete the content.
To save the details
Select the “save” pushbutton to save the details.
