Editing certificate effectivity information

Use this page to edit the certificate effectivity information.

Select “Edit Certificate Effectivity” from the “Maintain Certificate Information” page.
The “Edit Certificate Effectivity” page appears.

You can view the following details in the “Certification Details” group box.

HR Set Up Unit	The setup unit in which the HR setup component is deployed.
Certificate No.	The unique number pertaining to the certificate. Select the required vale from the drop-down list box.
Certificate Title	The title of the certificate
Skill Code	The skill for which the certificate pertains.
Applicable Resource Group	The applicable resource group of the certificate.
Certificate Class	The class to which the certificate belongs.
Certification Category	The category to which the certificate belongs.

You can edit the following details in the “Work Unit Effectivity Details” group box.

Work Unit Type	The type of the work unit
Work Unit No.	The unique number that identifies the work unit
Authoring OU	The name of the authoring organization unit

Line No.

The line number of the work unit. Select the required value from the drop-down list box.

The system displays the following details pertaining to the line number selected above.

Work Unit No.	The unique number that identifies the work unit
Work Unit Type	The type of the work unit
Work Unit Desc.	The description of the work unit

To save the details

Select the “Edit Work Unit Effectivity” pushbutton to save the details
On selecting the “Edit Work Unit Effectivity” pushbutton, the work unit description is displayed in the multiline.

You can edit the following details in the “Aircraft model/part effectivity details” group box.

Object Type	The type of the object. This will have the value of Model# and Base part #. Select either one of them and enter the value corresponding to the selected option in the following fields.
Aircraft Model No.	The unique number pertaining to the aircraft model. Enter this value if "Model#" is chosen in the "Object type" drop-down.
Base Part No.	The unique number pertaining to the base part. Enter this value if "Base part#" is chosen in the "Object type" drop-down.

To save the details

Select the “Edit Object Effectivity” pushbutton to save the details.
On selecting the “Edit Object Effectivity” pushbutton, the model/part no description is displayed in the multiline.
