Viewing Qualification

Using this page, you can view the qualification details of the employee.

The “View Qualification” page appears

The system displays the following

HR Set Up Unit

The setup unit in which the HR setup component is deployed, from the drop-down list box.

The following details are displayed in the ”Qualification Details” multiline.

Qualification Code	A unique code to identify the qualification.
Qualification Desc.	A description of the qualification.
Qualification Level	The academic level of the qualification such as graduation or post -graduation.
Specialization	The specialization, for example, Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science Engineering, of the qualification.
Qualification Type	The type of the qualification, for example, License, Certification and Degree. Qualification type indicates whether the qualification pertains to a license, certification or degree.
Status	The current status of the qualification.
Created By	The name of the user who created the qualification details
Created Date	The date on which the qualification details were created
Last Mod. By	The name of the user who modified the existing qualification
Last Mod. Date	The latest date on which the qualification details were modified.
