Viewing grade

You can view the details pertaining to the grades of the organization.

Select “View Grade” from the “View Quick Codes” page.
The “View Grade” page appears
The system displays the following

Date Format |
The date format that is applicable to the login user. |

Specify the following:

HR Set Up Unit |
The setup unit in which the HR setup component is deployed. |

Grade Set |
The grade set to which the grade belongs |
The following details are displayed in the “Grade details” group box.

Grade Code |
A unique code to identify a grade |
|
Grade |
A short description of the grade. |
|
Status |
Displays whether the grade is made active or inactive. |
|
Created By |
The name of the user who created the grade |
|
Created Date |
The date on which the grade was created |
|
Last Mod. By |
The name of the user who modified the existing grade |
|
Last Mod. Date |
The latest date on which the grade was modified. |
