Viewing grade set

You can view the details pertaining to the grade sets of the organization.

Select “View Grade Set” from the “View Quick Codes” page.
The “View Grade Set” page appears.
The system displays the following.

Date Format |
The date format that is applicable to the login user. |
The following details are displayed in the “HR Set Up Unit” group box.

HR Set Up Unit |
The setup unit in which the HR setup component is deployed. |

Grade Set Code |
A unique code to identify a grade set. |

Grade Set |
A short description of the grade set. |
|
Status |
Displays whether the grade set is to be made active or inactive. |

Created By |
The name of the user who created the grade set |

Created Date |
The date on which the grade set was created |
|
Last Mod. By |
The name of the user who modified the existing grade set |
|
Last Mod. Date |
The latest date on which the grade set was modified. |
