You can view the details pertaining to the departments of the organization.

Select “View Skills” from the “View Quick Codes” page.
The “View Skills” page appears
The following details are displayed in the “HR Set Up Unit Details” group box.

HR Set Up Unit |
The setup unit in which the HR setup component is deployed. |

Max. Skill Rate |
The maximum rate that can be acquired for a particular skill. |

Currency |
The base currency applicable to the organization unit selected. |
The following details are displayed in the ”Skill Details” multiline.

Skill Type |
The type to which the skill belongs |

Skill Code |
A unique code to identify a skill |

Skill |
A description of the skill. |

Skill Rate |
The rate pertaining to the selected skill. |

Min. Desired Level |
The minimum level at which the skill must be possessed. |

Status |
The current status of the particular skill set. |

Created By |
The name of the user who created the skill set details |
|
Created Date |
The date on which the skill set details were created |
|
Last Mod. By |
The name of the user who modified the existing skill set |
|
Last Mod. Date |
The latest date on which the skill set details were modified. |
