Viewing job rates

Use this page to view the details pertaining to the job rates.

Select “View Job Rate” link from the “View Quick Codes” page.
The “View Job Rate” page appears.
The system displays the following.

Date Format |
The date format that is applicable to the login user. |

You can view the following details in the “HR Setup unit” group box.

HR Set Up Unit |
The setup unit in which the HR setup component is deployed. |
|
Currency |
The currency in which the employees in that job are paid |
The following details are displayed in the “Job rate details” group box.

Job Code |
The unique code of the job to which you want to map the required competencies. |
|
Job Title |
The title of the job for which you are mapping the required competencies. |
|
Job Family |
The unique description of the job to which you want to map the required job family. |
|
Standard Rate (Per Hr.) |
The standard rate of money to be paid for the employee in that job, per hour |
|
Overtime Rate (Per Hr.) |
The amount of money to be paid to the employee for each hour, if he works overtime. |
