View Free Stock Detailed Information

This page allows you to view the detailed information of the free stock availability. Tell me more

Select the “View Free Stock Detailed Information” link at the bottom of the page.

The “Free Stock Detailed Information” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Stocking Point	The stocking point of the selected warehouse.
Item Code	The code identifying the item.
Variant Code	The code identifying the variant of the item.
Item Variant Desc.	The description for the combination of item and variant.
Stock UOM	The unit of measure of the item in inventory.
Required UOM	The required unit of measure of the item.
Required Date	The date on which the item is required.

Enter the following details:

Warehouse Code	The code identifying the warehouse.
	Press <Enter> key.
	For the last selected row in the previous page, the system displays the sum of the number of free firm receipts, total free firm quantity, total quantity reserved by plan demands.

The system displays the following:

Warehouse Desc.	The description of the warehouse.
Free Stock Qty.	The free stock quantity of an item available at each warehouse to service demands. The quantity represents the sum of all the free event quantity

The system displays the following in the “Free Firm Receipt Information” group box:

No. of Free Firm Receipts	The total number of firm receipts available as free firm receipts.
Total Free Firm Qty.	The total quantities available as free firm quantity that is., the sum of all firm receipts.
Total Qty. Reserved By Plan Demands	The total quantity reserved against each planned demand.

The system displays the following in the multiline:

Receipt Date	The date on which the receipt was created.
Free Firm Qty.	The free firm quantity available as on the receipts date.
Qty. Reserved By Plan Demands	The quantity reserved against each planned demand as on receipt date.
Receipt Doc. No.	The document number generated automatically by the system identifying the receipt.
Receipt Doc. Type	The type of the receipt document.
Receipt Doc. Source Point	The source point of the receipt document generated.
Receipt Doc. Line No.	The line number automatically generated by the system identifying each receipt document.
Receipt Doc. Sub Line No.	The sub line number automatically generated by the system identifying each receipt document.
Receipt Doc. Schedule No.	The schedule number automatically generated by the system identifying each receipt document.
Receipt Doc. Qty.	The quantity on the receipt document.

Select the “View Plan Reservation Information” link at the bottom of the page to view the information of the planned reservations.

Free Stock Detailed Information – An overview

The system retrieves the stocking point of the item along with the item details on the required date from the calling page. The free stock quantity available at a specific warehouse can be viewed by specifying the warehouse. In the multiline, for each of the item at the warehouse, the free firm quantity and the quantity reserved against the planned demands on a specific receipt date are exploded. The other receipt information is also displayed alongside.

The number of free firm receipts, the summation of all the free firm quantity and the quantity reserved by plan demands of the multiline can be viewed in the header. You can view the planned reservation information of the selected record in the multiline. You can initiate the link provided that provides details of plan reservation.
