View Plan Receipts Information

Free Stock Plan Receipts Information

This page allows you to view the planned receipts information. The stocking point, item details and unit of measure details are retrieved from the calling page for which the planned receipts are to be viewed. The consolidated planned quantity of all the receipts at the selected warehouse is displayed in the header. You can view the details of the free plan quantity for each receipt on the specific receipt date.

Select the “View Plan Receipts Information” link at the bottom of the page.

The “Free Stock Plan Receipts Information” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Stocking Point	The stocking point of the selected warehouse.
Item Code	The code identifying the item.
Variant Code	The code identifying the variant of the item.
Item Variant Desc.	The description for the combination of item and variant.
Stock UOM	The unit of measure of the item in inventory.
Required UOM	The required unit of measure of the item.
Required Date	The date on which the item is required.

Enter the following details:

Warehouse Code	The code identifying the warehouse.
	Press <Enter> key.
	For the details specified in the “Free Stock Information” page, the system retrieves all the plan receipts details for the required date. The system also retrieves the warehouse description, free plan receipts quantity in the header and free plan quantity in the multiline.

The system displays the following:

Warehouse Desc.	The description of the warehouse.
Free Plan Receipts Qty.	The total quantity of expected supply of an item that is not booked. All the planned receipts are considered and the quantity of each is calculated and the summation of all is displayed.

The system displays the following in the “Free Plan Receipts Information” multiline:

Receipt Date	The date on which the receipt was created.
Free Plan Qty.	The free planned quantity available as on the receipt date.
Receipt Doc. No.	The document number generated automatically by the system identifying the receipt.
Receipt Doc. Type	The type of the receipt document.
Receipt Doc. Source Point	The source point of the receipt document generated.
Receipt Doc. Line No.	The line number automatically generated by the system identifying each receipt document.
Receipt Doc. Sub Line No.	The sub line number automatically generated by the system identifying each receipt document.
Receipt Doc. Schedule No.	The schedule number automatically generated by the system identifying each receipt document.
Receipt Doc. Qty.	The quantity on the receipt document. The quantity represents the quantity on each receipt document.
