View Rent Schedule

This page allows you to view the rent schedule details of a property. You can view the rent start date, end date and rent amount for the property – component code combination.

Ø Select the “View Rent Schedule” link at the bottom of the “Approval Note” activity.

The “View Rent Schedule” page appears.

- Clicking this icon available near certain fields takes you to the help page of the respective field.

The system displays the following in the header:

Scheme Code	The code identifying the scheme.
Lease No	The lease number generated for the scheme code.
Renewal No	The renewal number of the lease.
Amendment No	The amendment number of the lease.
Customer Code	The code identifying the customer who has taken the property on lease.
Customer Name	The name of the customer.

Ø Select from the drop-down list box:

Property No

Use the drop-down list box to specify the property number for which the rent schedule is to be viewed.

The system displays the following in the header:

Floor

The floor in which the property exists.

Ø Select from the drop-down list box:

Code

Use the drop-down list box to specify the component code of the property for which the rent schedule is to be viewed.

The system displays the following in the multiline:

From Date	The date from which the rent is effective for the property-component code combination.
To Date	The date until which the rent is effective for the property-component code combination.
Value	The rent amount for the date range and for the property-component code combination.
Approval Note Remarks	The remarks provided during the approval note generation.
Remarks	Any remarks regarding the rent schedule.
