This page allows you to select a control factor value and transfer the same to the field where it is required. In this scenario, if the “Control Factor” is warehouse, the “Value” will be “Warehouse Code”. Similarly, if the “Control Factor” is master recipe, the “Value” will be “master recipe Code”. You can retrieve the value details by specifying the known details in the search criteria such as warehouse code, master receipt id, unit class or process unit in the “Value(S)” field. Based on the filter criteria entered the value details of the control factor are retrieved. You can select the value from the list displayed. On confirmation, the selected value is transferred to the required page.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Value” field in the main screen.
The “Help for Control Factor Value” page appears.
The system displays the following fields in the “Search Results” group box, to search for a control factor value.

The system displays the value of the control factor, which is already defined. The value of the control factor will be passed to the field caption depending upon the row selected by the user. |

Use the drop-down list box to specify the relation operators Use the drop-down list box to select the relational operator for specifying the control factor value. You can select from “Like”, “=”, “<”, “>”, “Between”, “<=”, “>=” and “!=”. The system displays the value in the multiline based on the characters selected in this field. |
Value (S) |
You can enter the value in full or specify it partially based on the character mentioned in the “Rel. Operators” field. The system displays the values in the multiline based on the character selected in the “Rel. Operators” field. |
For example, to view the control point code “Warehouse1”, if the “Rel. Operators” field is specified as “Equal to”, you can specify “Warehouse” in this field and all the values that are equivalent to “Warehouse” gets displayed in the multiline. |

Value (S) |
You can enter a range of values in both the “Value (s)” text boxes provided to retrieve the “Between” codes in the multiline. |
For example, if the “Value” in the first “Value(S)” text box is entered as “Warehouse 1” and the second “Value(S)” text box is entered as “Warehouse 5” and click the “Search” pushbutton. The rule codes in between “Warehouse 1” and “Warehouse 5” get displayed in the multiline. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton, to display the search results.
The system fills in the following fields in the “Search Criteria” multiline, based on the filter criteria entered:

The value of the “Control Factor”. For example if the control factor is “Warehouse”, the value will be the “Warehouse Code” derived from the “Storage Administration” business component. |

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the value.
Click the “Ok” pushbutton to transfer the datas to the main page.
