This page allows you to select a request number and transfer the same to the field in which it is required. You can retrieve the request number details by specifying the search criteria such as request number, Origin ID, item code, variant, lot number and Reference document number in the “Value (S)” field. Based on the filter criteria entered the inspection request details are retrieved. You can select the request number from the list displayed. On confirmation, the selected request number is transferred to the required page.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Request No” field in the main screen.
The “Help for Request No” page appears.
The system displays the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box, to search for a request number.

The system displays the request number, origin id, lab reference number, item code, variant, lot number and reference document number. |
Enter the following:
Rel. Operators |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the relation operators, which could be “Like”, “Equal To” or “Between” characters. The system displays the request number and its details in the multiline based on the characters selected in this field. |
Value (S) |
You can enter the request number in full or specify it partially based on the character mentioned in the “Rel. Operators” field. The system displays the values in the multiline based on the character selected in the “Rel. Operators” field. |
For example, to view the request number “REQNO_001”, if the “Rel. Operators” field is specified as “Equal to”, you can specify “REQNO” in this field and all the values that are equivalent to “REQNO” gets displayed in the multiline. |

Value (S) |
You can enter a range of request number in both the “Value (s)” text boxes provided to retrieve the “In between” codes in the multiline. |
For example, if the request number in the first “Value(S) text box is entered as “REQNO_001” and the second “Value(S)” text box is entered as “REQNO_005” and click the “Search” pushbutton. The rule codes in between “REQNO_001” and “REQNO_00 5” get displayed in the multiline. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton, to display the search results.
The system fills in the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline, based on the filter criteria entered:

The code identifying the inspection request. |
Sample No |
The sequential number indicating the number of times samples were inspected. |

The request type, which could be one of the following: |

The application from where the inspection request is raised, which could be “Quality Management” or “All”. |

The code identifying the item for which the inspection request is raised. |

The textual description of the item or item variant. |
Lot No. |
The code identifying the item that is lot controlled, for which the inspection request is raised. |
Sub Lot No. |
The code identifying the item that is sub-lot controlled, for which inspection request is raised. |
Ref Doc Type |
The reference document type that is associated to the request. |
Ref Doc No. |
The number identifying the reference document. |
Ref Line No. |
The number identifying the reference line. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the request number.
Click the “Ok” pushbutton to transfer the datas to the main page.
