Select the “View SQC Charts” link from the “Quality Management” business component.
The “View SQC Charts” page appears.
Enter the following details in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Lot No. |
The number identifying the lot of the item, if the item is lot controlled. Use the drop-down list box to select the relational operator for specifying the Lot No. You can select from “Like”, “=”, “<”, “>”, “Between”, “<=”, “>=” and “Not Like”. The system displays “Like” by default on launch of the page. |

Item |
The code identifying the item being tested. Use the drop-down list box to select the relational operator for specifying the Item. You can select “Like” or “=”. The system displays “Like” by default on launch of the page. |

Variant |
The code identifying the variant of the item. Use the drop-down list box to select the relational operator for specifying the item - variant. You can select from “Like”, “=”, “<”, “>”, “Between”, “<=”, “>=” and “Not Like”. The system displays “Like” by default on launch of the page. |

Requested Date |
The date when the inspection request was created. Use the drop-down list box to select the relational operator for specifying the date. You can select from “Like”, “=”, “<”, “>”, “Between”, “<=”, “>=” and “Not Like”. The system displays “Like” by default on launch of the page. |

Attribute |
The code identifying the attribute of the item. Use the drop-down list box to select the relational operator for specifying the attribute. You can select from “Like”, “=”, “<”, “>”, “Between”, “<=”, “>=” and “Not Like”. The system displays “Like” by default on launch of the page. |
Click the “Retrieve Attribute Details” pushbutton to retrieve the details.
Enter the following field:

Use Advanced Search |
Select the check box to use the advanced search facility. |
Select the “Advanced Search” link to go to the “Advanced Search” page.
Enter the search criteria in the “Advanced Search” page and save the details.
Cancel the “Advanced Search” and click on the “Search” pushbutton.
The system displays the following details in the “Attribute Details” multiline:

The date when the inspection request was raised. |

Analysis Method |
The code identifying the analysis method, a set of instructions carried out to inspect the quality of the item. |
Click the “Export Data To SQC Charts” pushbutton to export the attribute details to the SQC Charts.
Click the “Save As File” pushbutton to save the details of the attribute in a file.
