This activity allows you to view the inspection plan assigned for a control point id. The control point ids are created in the “Create Control point Definition” page. You are allowed to view the plan id details such as inspection plan id, its description and the effective from date.
You are also allowed to view the inspection plan for the sampling type, its size, retention samples and UOM. You can view the inspection basis such as, “Attribute” and “Check List”. You are allowed to view the attribute details such as, qualitative, quantitative and standard value of the inspection in the multiline.
The login user id and the server date along with its modification details are also displayed.
Select the “View Inspection Plan” link from the “Quality Management” business component.
The “View Inspection Plan” page appears.
The system displays the following:
Status |
The status of the inspection plan. The values “Activate” or "Deactivated" get displayed. |
Inspection Plan ID |
The code identifying the inspection plan to be viewed (Alphanumeric, 50). Mandatory. |

Retention Samples |
The value indicating the quantity of the sample, which is retained for some specific reason. For example, if the sample size is 100 and if “10” is specified here, it indicates that 10 items are retained for some specific reason, which could be inspected later. |
Quantity per Sample |
The quantity specifying the sample size. |
UOM |
The unit of measurement in which the quantity is measured. |
Inspection Basis |
The basis of inspection, which could be “Attribute” or “Check List”. |
Check List |
The code identifying the standard operating procedures. This field is mandatory if the “Inspection Basis” is set to “Check List”. |

Percentage Based |
The percentage based of the SOP. |

Serial Number |
The number identifying the serial number of the attribute for which the inspection must be defined. |
Attribute |
The code identifying the attributes that are defined for inspection plan, which needs to be modified. |
Attribute Type |
The type of the attribute, which could be “Quantitative” or “Qualitative”. |
Attribute Description |
The textual description of the attribute. |
UOM |
The unit of measurement when the attribute type of the inspection is “Quantitative”. This field is displayed only for the quantitative attribute. |
Min. Value |
The minimum quantitative value that can be assigned to the attribute of the inspection. This value is fetched from Item admin. |
Reqd. Min. Value |
The required minimum value that can be assigned to the attribute of the inspection. |
Std. Quantitative Value |
The standard quantitative value that can be assigned to the attribute of the inspection. This value is fetched from Item admin. |
Reqd. Std. Quantitative Value |
The required standard quantitative value that can be assigned to the attribute of the inspection. |
Max. Value |
The maximum quantitative value that can be assigned to the attribute of the inspection. This value is fetched from Item admin. |

Indicates the different ways to calculate the actual quantitative attribute value which could be “Mean”,” Median”, “Maximum” or “Minimum”. |
Analysis Method |
The code identifying the analysis method associated with the attribute. |
