Help on Milestone No

This Help page allows you to search and select a milestone number and transfer the details to the field where it is required. You can carry out a search by specifying the range of milestone numbers and codes by which to retrieve the milestones. You can also specify the milestone description and also the status by which to retrieve the milestone numbers. The system retrieves the values based on the details entered.

Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Milestone No” field in the main screen.

The “Help on Milestone No” page appears.

Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box, to search for a pick sheet.

Milestone No. From	The starting number in the range of numbers identifying the milestone number that you want to retrieve.
Milestone No. To	The ending number in the range of numbers identifying the milestone number that you want to retrieve.
Status	The status of the milestone by which you want to retrieve the list of milestone numbers. Use the drop-down list box to select status by which you want to retrieve the milestone numbers. The system displays Active and Inactive as options.
Milestone Code From	The starting code in the range of milestone codes identifying the milestone that you want to retrieve.
Milestone Code To	The ending code in the range of milestone codes identifying the milestone that you want to retrieve.
Milestone Description	The description of the milestone whose details you want to retrieve.

Click the “Search” pushbutton, to display the search results.

The system fills in the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline, based on the filter criteria entered:

Milestone No.	The number that identifies the milestone.
Milestone Code	The code that identifies the milestone.
Milestone Description	The description of the milestone.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the milestone.

Click the “Ok” pushbutton to transfer the details to the main page.
