Basics of using Ramco Enterprise series web page

Using online help

 

This screen presents you with search criteria to search and select the project or sub project and transfers the same to the main page.  You can specify whether the search operation is for project or sub project.  You can also specify other details such as project code, project name, project type, project category and initiate the search operation.  On initiating the search operation, the system retrieves the corresponding results in the multiline and these details are transferred to the main page when it is confirmed.

The Help on Project / Sub Project page appears.

Help For

Use the drop-down list box to select the help needed for project / sub project.  The values "Project" and "SubProject" get populated.

Status

Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the project / sub project.  The values Shortclosed,  Closed, Deleted, Approved, Inprogress get populated.

Project Code

The unique code identifying the project.  (Alphanumeric, 70).

Project Name

The name of the project. (Alphanumeric, 150).

Parent Project Code

The unique code identifying the parent project. This code is to identify the parent project of the sub project entered. (Alphanumeric, 70).

Parent Project Name

The name of the parent project for the parent project code entered. (Alphanumeric, 70).

Revision No.

This drop down lists loads with ALL and Latest. (Alphanumeric, 4).

Project Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the project type.  The values Billable and "Non-Billable gets populated.

Project Category

Use the drop-down list box to select the project category.  The values Small, Medium and Big get populated.

Project Currency

Use the drop-down list box to select the project currency.  The currency values get populated.

Proj. Initiated Date From

The starting date of the project initiation.  The system retrieves the project details whose initiation date is equal or greater than the date entered here. (Date format).

Proj. Initiated Date To

The ending date of the project initiation.  The system retrieves the project details whose initiation date is equal or lesser than the date entered here. (Date format).

Note: Ensure that the Proj. Initiated Date From is not greater than Proj. Initiated Date To".

Scheme Code

The unique code identifying the scheme code. (Alphanumeric, 70).

Proposal ID

A unique number identifying the proposal for which you wish to search and retrieve the details.

The system displays the following details in the "Search Results" multiline:

Project Code

The unique code identifying the project.

Project Name

The name of the project.

Parent Project Code

The unique code identifying the parent project.

Parent Project Name

The name of the parent project for the parent project code entered.

Scheme Code

The unique code identifying the scheme.

Scheme Description

The descriptive information of the scheme.

Project Type

The type of the project.  The values Billable or Non-Billable get displayed.

Project Category

The category of the project.  The values Small, or "Medium or "Big get displayed.

Project Currency

The currency of the project.

Revision No.

The unique code identifying the revision.

Project Initiated On

The date on which the project was initiated.

Detailing Required

Indicates Yes if project detailing is required and No when project detailing is not required.

Proposal ID

A unique number identifying the proposal.
