Project - Warehouse Mapping

This page allows you to map the project - warehouse details. On entering the project code, the system retrieves the details such as project code, project name, project type, project manager, revision number, revision date, estimated project cost, etc., You can search for the warehouse and enter the details such as zone, priority and map them against a particular project.
Select the Project -Warehouse Mapping link at the bottom of Maintain Project / Sub Project page.
The Project - Warehouse Mapping page appears.
The system displays the following details in the Project Details group box:

Status |
The status of the project / sub project. The status of the project can be Shortclosed, Closed, Deleted, Approved, Draft and Fresh. |
Enter the following details in the "Project Details" group box:

Project Code |
The unique code identifying the project. (Alphanumeric, 70). |

The system displays the following details in the Project Details group box.

Project Name |
The name of the project. |
|
Project Type |
The type of the project. |
|
Project Manager |
The name of the project manager. |
|
Revision No. |
The unique number identifying the revision number. |

Revision Date |
The date on which the project was revised. |
Enter the following details in the "Warehouse Details" multiline:

Warehouse Code |
The unique code identifying the warehouse. (Alphanumeric, 10). |

The system displays the following details in the "Warehouse Details" multiline:

Warehouse Description |
The descriptive information of the warehouse. |

Wh. Tran. Type |
The warehouse transaction type |
Enter the following details in the "Warehouse Details" multiline:

Zone |
The zone of the warehouse. Ensure that the entered zone exists. (Alphanumeric, 10). |

Priority |
The priority of the warehouse. (Alphanumeric, 20). |
|
Remarks |
The additional information of the warehouse, if any. (Alphanumeric, 150). |
Click the "Maintain" pushbutton to save the entered details.
To proceed, carry out the following:
Select the Attach Notes link at the bottom of the page to launch the attach notes page.
The system displays the following in the Data History group box:

Created By |
The login ID of the person who created the project warehouse mapping. |

Created Date |
The date and time on which the project warehouse was mapped. |
|
Last Modified By |
The login ID of the person who modified the mapping details of project warehouse. |
|
Last Modified Date |
The date and on which the project warehouse mapping was modified last. |
