Help On Review

This page presents you with search criteria to search and select the review and transfers the same to the main page. You can carry out the search operation by specifying the search criteria such as review status, review id from and to, review id date from and to, review type, project code. On initiating the search operation, the system retrieves the corresponding results in the multiline and these details are transferred to the main page when it is confirmed.
Click the lens icon positioned along the Review Id. field.
The Help on Review page appears.
Enter the following details in the "Search Criteria" group box:

Review Id. From |
The starting range of the review id to be searched. (Alphanumeric, 70). |

Review Id. To |
The ending range of the review id to be searched. (Alphanumeric, 70). |
|
Review Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the review status. |
|
Review Date From |
The start date of the review to be searched. (Date format). |
|
Review Date To |
The end date of the review to be searched. (Date format). |
Note: Ensure that the entered Review Date To is not lesser than the Review Date From.

Review Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the review type. |
|
Project Code |
The unique code identifying the project. (Alphanumeric, 70). |
|
Project Name |
The name of the project. (Alphanumeric, 150). |
|
Project Manager |
The name of the project manager. (Alphanumeric, 60). |
|
Parent Project Code |
The unique code identifying the parent project code. (Alphanumeric, 70). |
|
Parent Project Name |
The name of the parent project. (Alphanumeric, 150). |

Project Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the project type. |

Lead Reviewer |
The name of the lead reviewer. (Alphanumeric, 60). |
|
Reviewer Name |
The name of the reviewer. (Alphanumeric, 60). |

Project Category |
Use the drop-down list box to select the project category. |
Click the "Search" pushbutton to search the review details according to the search criteria(s) entered.
The system displays the following details in the "Search Results" multiline:

Review Id. |
The unique id. identifying the review. |
|
Review Date |
The date on which the review was created. |
|
Review Type |
The type of the review. |
|
Review Status |
The status of the review. |
|
Project Code |
The unique code identifying the project. |
|
Project Name |
The name of the project. |
|
Parent Project Code |
The unique code identifying the parent project. |
|
Parent Project Name |
The name of the parent project name. |
|
Project Manager |
The name of the project manager. |
|
Project Type |
The type of the project. |
|
Project Category |
The category of the project. |
|
Lead Reviewer |
The name of the lead reviewer. |
|
Reviewer Name |
The name of the reviewer name. |
Check the box in the Select column of the multiline to mark the review details.
Click the OK pushbutton to transfer the review details to the main page.
