Project Code To

The project code till which it has to be searched.

Mode

Use the drop-down list box to select the mode. The combo is loaded with “Close”, “Hold”, “Release” and “Reopen”. The system displays “Close” by default on launch of the page.

Project Name

The name of the project.

Project Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the project type.  The values Billable and Non-Billable get populated.  The system displays the value Billable as default on launch of the page.

Project Category

Use the drop-down list box to select the project category.  The values Small, Medium and Big gets populated.  The system displays the value Small as default on launch of the page.

Project Code

The unique code identifying the project.

Data Hyperlink facility available.

Project Name

The name of the project.

Revision No.

The unique code identifying the revision.  It is the number which is modified each time when the project is modified.

Revision Date

The date on which the project was revised.

Project Type

The type of the project.  The project type can be of Billable or Non-Billable.

Project Category

The category of the project.  The project category can be of Small or Medium or "Big".

Short Close

Check this checkbox, if you would like to short close the selected project.

Reason Code 

The reason code for the project short closure.

The descriptive information about the reason.

Sub Project

System displays yes for sub projects and no for parent projects.

Parent Project

The  code of the parent project.

Project Status

Indicates the project status. The project status can be “Closed”, or “Hold”, or “Release” or “Reopen". Only authorized person can reopen a project. Reopen access is given to a Users through Project User access mapping page.
