Help on WBS Id

Help On WBS Id.

This page presents you with search criteria to search and select the WBS ID. details and transfers the same to the main page. You can carry out the search operation by specifying the search criteria such as WBS ID. From, WBS Id. To, Task desc, Task group, etc., On initiating the search operation, the system retrieves the corresponding results in the multiline and these details are transferred to the main page when it is confirmed.

Click the lens icon positioned along the WBS Id. field.

The Help on WBS Id. page appears.

Enter the following details in the "Search Criteria" group box:

WBS Id. From	The starting range of the WBS ID. to be searched. You can enter the WBS ID. in full or specify it partially using the wildcard character (*). (Alphanumeric, 70).
WBS Id. To	The ending range of the WBS ID. to be searched. You can enter the WBS ID. in full or specify it partially using the wildcard character (*). (Alphanumeric, 70).
Task Code From	The starting range of the Task code to be searched. You can enter the task code in full or specify it partially using the wildcard character (*). (Alphanumeric, 70).
Task Code To	The ending range of the Task code to be searched. You can enter the task code in full or specify it partially using the wildcard character (*). (Alphanumeric, 70).
Task Desc.	The descriptive information of the task. You can enter the task description in full or specify it partially using the wildcard character (*). The system retrieves all the WBS Id. whose descriptive is equivalent to the description entered here. (Alphanumeric, 70).
Task Group	The name of the task group. You can enter the task group in full or specify it partially using the wildcard character (*). The system retrieves all the WBS Id. whose task group is equivalent to the task group entered here. (Alphanumeric, 70).
Work Area	The name of the work area. You can enter the work area in full or specify it partially using the wild card character (*). The system retrieves all the WBS ID. whose work area is equivalent to the work area entered here. (Alphanumeric, 70).

Click the "Search" pushbutton to search the WBS ID. details according to the search criteria(s) entered.

The system displays the following details in the "Search Results" multiline:

WBS Id.	The unique id identifying the WBS.
Task Id.	The unique Id identifying the task.
Task Code	The unique code identifying the code.
Task Desc.	The descriptive information of the task.
Task Group	The name of the task group.
Work Area	The name of the work area.

Check the box in the Select column of the multiline to select the WBS Id. details.
Click the OK pushbutton to transfer the WBS Id. details to the main page.
