The Work Break Down Structure page appears.

The system displays the following details in the group box:

Status

The status of the project.

Proj./Sub Proj. Code

The unique code identifying the project. Mandatory. On press of the Enter key, the system retrieves the project details according to the project code entered here.

 

Help facility available.

The system displays the following details in the group box:

Proj./Sub Proj. Name

The name of the project / sub project.

Revision No.

The unique number identifying the revision.

Start Date

The date on which the project was started.

End Date

The date on which the project was ended.

Retrieve

Use the drop-down list box to select the value for retrieve.  The values Blank, Actuals and Revised get populated. The system displays the value Blank" as default on launch of the page.

The system displays the following details in the group box:

Start Time

The start time of the work break down structure.

End Time

The end time of the work break down structure.

Parent Project Code

The unique code identifying the parent project.

Parent Project Name

The name of the project or subproject.

WBS Id.

The unique id. identifying the work break down structure.

The system displays the following details in the "Schedule Details" multiline:

Task Id.

The unique id. identifying the task.

Task Code

The unique code identifying the task.

 

Help facility available.

Task Desc.

The descriptive information of the task.

Internal Milestone

Check this box to indicate whether the task is an internal milestone.

Parent WBS ID

The WBS ID to which the selected WBS ID is mapped to as a child task

Planned Effort

The planned effort of the WBS.

Actual Effort

The actual effort of the WBS.

The system displays the following details in the "Schedule Details" multiline:

Effort UOM

The uom of the effort.

Planned Duration

The planned duration of the WBS.

Actual Duration

The actual duration of the WBS.

The system displays the following details in the "Schedule Details" multiline:

Duration UOM

The duration UOM of the WBS.

Summary

Use the drop-down list box to select the summary.  The values Yes and No get populated.  The system displays the value No as default on launch of the page.

Planned Start Date

The planned start date of the WBS. (Date format).

Actual Start Date

The actual start date of the WBS. (Date format).

Planned Start Time

The planned start time of the WBS. (Time format).

Actual Start Time

The actual start time of the WBS. (Time format).

Planned End Date

The planned end date of the WBS. (Date format).

Actual End Date

The actual end date of the WBS. (Date format).

Planned End Time

The planned end time of the WBS. (Time format).

Actual End Time

The actual end time of the WBS. (Time format).

The system displays the following details in the "Schedule Details" multiline:

Ref. No.

The unique number identifying the reference no of the WBS

Planned Output

The planned output of the WBS.

Actual Output

The actual output of the WBS.

The system displays the following details in the "Schedule Details" multiline:

Output UOM

The output UOM of the WBS.

Work Area

The work area of the WBS.

 

Help facility available.

Completion (%)

The completion of the WBS in terms of percentage.

Completion Status

Use the drop-down list box to indicate the status of the task. The options are “Yes” or “No”.

Projected Start Date

The planned start date of the project.

Projected End Date

The planned end date of the project.
