View Financial Information

This activity allows you to view the financial information pertaining to the product conversion. You can view the transaction details and the warehouse details. The system also displays the financial information details in the financial information multiline.

Select the “View Financial Information” link in the “View Product Conversion” page.

The “View Financial Information” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Transaction Number	The number identifying the transaction in the financial information.
Transaction Date	The date of the transaction.
Source Warehouse	The code identifying the source warehouse from which the container are taken for product conversion.
Warehouse Description	A textual description of the source warehouse.
Destination Warehouse	The code identifying the destination warehouse in which the containers are deposited after product conversion.
Warehouse Description	A textual description of the source warehouse.

The system displays the following fields in the “Financial Information” group box:

Item Code	The code identifying the item in the container for which you want to view the financial information.
Item Variant Code	The code identifying the variant of the item.
Item Variant Description	A textual description of the item variant.
Costing Method	The costing method used in the product conversion.
Posting FB	The code identifying the posting finance book applicable for the product conversion.
Cost Center	The code identifying the source and destination cost center.
Account Code	The code identifying the account used in the product conversion.
Analysis Code	The number identifying the analysis code, for which you want to save the financial information.
Sub Analysis Code	The number identifying the sub analysis code, for which you want to save the financial information.
Rate	The rate of the item in the container.
Quantity	The quantity of the item in the container.
Value	The value of the total item in the container.
