This help page permits you to search and select the Quotations and transfer the details to the required field.
You can search the Quotations by specifying details, which includes. The system retrieves the search results in the multiline. You can select the Quotation code from the multiline and click the “OK” pushbutton to transfer it to the required page.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Quotation No.” field.
The “Help On Quotation” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for the Quotation:

From Quotation No. |
A unique code or identification number of the Quotation (Alphanumeric, 16). |

To Quotation No. |
The name of the Quotation associated with the Quotation code. (Alphanumeric, 40). |

From Quotation Date |
Use the drop down list box to select the type of the Quotation, which can be “Regular”, “One time” or “All”. The default value is “All”. |

To Quotation Date |
The Currency used by the Quotation is mentioned in this field. |
|
Competitive Bidding |
Use the drop down list box to select whether approved Quotation or unapproved Quotation should be listed in the multiline. |

Quotation Folder |
Use the drop down list box to select the folder in which the quotation documents are present. |

Buyer |
Code or identification number of the buyer. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results.
The system retrieves and displays the following details in the “Search Results” multiline based on the search criteria entered:

Quotation No. |
The Unique identification number of the Quotation. |
|
Supplier Code |
Code or identification number of the supplier. |
|
Name |
Name of the supplier associated with the supplier code. |
|
Quotation Date |
The Date on which the quotation document was created. |
|
Competitive Bidding |
The system displays “Yes” or “No” stating whether competitive bidding is allowed or not. |
|
Quotation Type |
The type of the quotation is displayed in this screen. |
|
Buyer |
Code or identification number of the buyer. |
|
Quotation Value |
The value mentioned in the quotation document is displayed. |
|
Currency |
The currency used for mentioning the quotation is displayed. |
|
Folder |
The folder in which the quotation documents are placed is displayed. |
|
Status |
The status of the quotation is displayed in this field. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the Quotation No.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
