This page allows you to view the quality attributes of the items mentioned in the quotation. In this page, required maximum and minimum values and the attribute’s maximum and minimum values are listed. This would help the customer to know the quality pertained details of the supplier’s item. If the customer finds all the quality attributes suitable for his requirement and for his purpose, he can accept the quotation and proceed with the transactions.
Select the “Quality Attributes” link at the bottom of the “View Quotation” page.
The “View Quality Attributes” page appears.
The system displays the status of the quotation.
The system displays the following fields:

Quotation No. |
The unique number identifying the Quotation for which the schedule details are specified. |

Supplier Code |
Code or identification number of the supplier. |

Name |
Name associated with the supplier code mentioned. |
Enter the following field in the “Item Details” group box:

Line No. |
Use the drop down list box to select the line number of the quotation for which the quality attributes are specified. |

Name or identifier associated with the item. |

Description stating the nature of the item. |

Item Revision No. |
Unique identification number assigned for the revisions made for the items. |

Drawing No. |
The Unique identification number given for the engineering drawing of the item. |

Drawing Revision No. |
Unique identification number given for the revisions done to item drawing. |

Attributes Values |
The values assigned to the attributes are listed. |

Inspected By |
The partner who carries out the inspection is displayed in this field. |

The code or identification number assigned for the attribute. |

UOM |
Unit of Measure in which the items are measured. |

Required Max Value |
The maximum value required for the items. |

Required Min Value |
The minimum value required for the items. |

Qualitative Value |
The qualitative value of the attribute is mentioned. |

Attribute Description |
Description stating the nature of the attribute. |

Attribute Type |
The type of the attribute is mentioned in this field. |

Attribute Max Value |
The maximum value that can be assigned for the attribute. |

Attribute Min Value |
The minimum value that can be assigned for the attribute. |

Qualitative Value |
The Qualitative value of the attribute is displayed in this field. |

Trackable |
The system displays whether this quality attribute is trackable or not |
