This page allows you to specify delivery schedules based on which the items are to be delivered by the supplier. In this screen, the quantities to be delivered along with the relevant dates of delivery are mentioned along with the warehouse code where the goods are to be stored.
Select “Schedules” link at the bottom of the “Specify RFQ Details”.
The “Specify Schedules” page appears.
The system displays the status of the RFQ.
The system displays the following:

RFQ No. |
The Unique identification number of the Request for Quotation. |
Enter the following in the “Item Details” group box:

Line No. |
Use the drop down list box to select the unique identification number of the line, which represents an item. |
The system displays the following:

Item Code |
Code or identification number of the item, which is assigned for an item. |
|
Variant Code |
The name of the variant that is associated with an item code. |
|
Desc. |
Description stating the nature of the variant. |
|
Qty. |
The Quantity of the items that are expected to be delivered. |
|
UOM |
The Unit Of Measure in which the items are measured. |
|
Receipt At |
The name of the place where the supplier is expected to deliver the goods. |

Drop Ship |
The Drop ship value Yes/No; If Yes it means that material is being procured for a customer and that the supplier is expected to do deliver the material directly at the customer’s place. |

Drop Ship ID |
The Drop ship details where the items are directly delivered to the customer’s place. |
Enter the following in the “Default Entries” group box:

Need Date |
The date when items are needed for consumption. |

Schedule Qty. |
The Quantity required as on a particular date |

Warehouse Code |
Code or identification number of the warehouse where the goods are to be stored. |

Help Facility Available |
The system displays the following in the “Schedule Details” multiline:

Schedule No. |
Unique identification number assigned for the schedule is displayed. |
Enter the following

Schedule Date |
The date on which the goods are supposed to be delivered. |

Schedule Qty. |
The quantity that is scheduled for delivery is mentioned. |

Warehouse Code |
Code or identification number of the warehouse in which the goods are to be stored. |

Help Facility Available |
Click the "Save Schedules” pushbutton to save the schedules pertaining to the item.
