This page allows you to view the list of Purchase Requests. All the fields in this page appear as read only. The only editable field in this page is the Line No. You can select a particular line number and the details pertaining to the line number are listed in the multiline.
Select “Purchase Requests” link at the bottom of the “View RFQ Details”.
The “View PR Details” page appears.
The system displays the status of the RFQ.

The Unique identification number of the Request for Quotation. |
Enter the following in the “Item Details” group box:

Line No. |
Unique identification number of the line, which represents an item. |
The system displays the following:

Item Code |
Code or identification number of the item. |

Variant Code |
The name of the variant associated with the item. |

Desc. |
Description stating the nature of the variant. |

Total PR Qty. |
The total quantity mentioned in the Purchase Request is displayed. |

Purchase UOM |
The Unit Of Measure in which the purchase is made. |

Required Qty. |
The Quantity required by the customer is mentioned. |

UOM |
The Unit Of Measure in which the required quantity is measured. |
The system displays the following in the “PR Details” multiline:

PR No. |
Unique identification number of the Purchase Request. |

PR Line No. |
Unique identification line number present in the Purchase Request, which represents an item. |

PR Schedule No. |
Unique identification number of the schedule present in the Purchase Request. |

PR Quantity |
The Quantity of the items specified in the Purchase Request document. |
|
UOM |
The Unit Of Measure in which the PR Quantity is measured. |

PR Need Date |
The Date in which the items in the PR are needed. |
|
Receipt At |
The name of the place where the customer receives the goods. |
|
Drop Ship |
The Drop ship details where the items are directly delivered to the customer’s place. |
|
Customer Code |
Code or identification number of the customer who participates in the transaction. |
|
Customer Name |
The Name of the customer associated with the customer code is displayed. |
|
Drop Ship ID |
The Drop ship details where the items are directly delivered to the customer’s place. |
