A vehicle profitability report offers the ability to view the profitability reports of the vehicle like truck and trailer. The report is generated by searching with the year and the month of the vehicle.
Select the “Vehicle Profitability Report” activity under the “Reports – Transport Management” business component.
The “Vehicle Profitability Report” page appears.

near certain fields takes you to the help page of the respective field.
To view the existing vehicle profitability report
Enter the following details in the header:
Report For |
Use the drop-down list box to select the required option. The combo is loaded with the values “Vehicle”, “Truck” and the “Trailer”. |
Vehicle No |
A unique number identifying the vehicle number. |
Note: This field is visible only if Report For is selected as “Truck” and “Vehicle”.
Trailer No |
A unique number identifying the trailer number. |
Note: This field is visible only if Report For is selected as “Trailer”.
Registration No |
The number that identifies the registration for the vehicle. |
Year |
Use the drop-down list box to select the year to view the profitability report for the particular year. |
Month |
Use the drop-down list box to select the month to view the report for the particular month. |
Branch |
Use the drop-down list box to select the organizational unit of the branch. |
View Option |
Use the drop-down list box to select the view option. The combo is loaded with the values “All”, “First Half Year”, “Monthly”, “Second Half Year” and “Yearly”. |
Click the “View Report” button to view the vehicle profitability report details.
