An accident reporting offers the ability to view the reports about the accident by searching with the from and to dates. This report is also generated by searching with the vehicle no and accident Id.
Select the “Accident Reporting” activity under the “Reports – Transport Management” business component.
The “Accident Reporting” page appears.

To view the existing Accident Reports
Enter the following details in the header:
From Date |
The starting range of the date from which you wish to retrieve the details. |
To date |
The ending range of the date till which you wish to retrieve the details |
Branch |
Use the drop-down list box to select the organizational unit of the branch. |
Location |
Use the drop-down list box to select the location. |
Accident Id |
A unique code or number that identifies the accident. |
Vehicle Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the vehicle type for which you wish to retrieve the details. The combo is loaded with all the values defined in the “Maintain Codes” activity. The system displays “Blank” by default on launch of the page. |
Accident Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the accident. |
Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the accident. The system displays “Blank” by default on launch of the page. |
Driver Name |
Use the drop-down list box to select the name of the driver. The name is displayed according to the driver code. |
Vehicle No |
A unique number that identifies the vehicle. |
Trailer No |
A unique number that identifies the trailer number. |
Consignment Note No |
A unique number that identifies the consignment note. |
Click the “View Report” button to view
the accident report details.
