A document status report offers the ability to get the status of the vehicle according to the document type that you have chosen. The report is generated according to the selection of the fields.
Select the “Document Status Report” activity under the “Reports – Transport Management” business component.
The “Document Status Report” page appears.

To view the existing document status report
Enter the following details in the header:
Vehicle No |
The unique number that identifies the vehicle. |
Vehicle Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the vehicle type for which you wish to retrieve the details. The combo is loaded with all the values defined in the “Maintain Codes” activity. The system displays “Blank” by default on launch of the page. |
Document Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the document type associated with the vehicle. The combo is loaded with “Registration” and with all the values defined in the “Maintain Codes” activity. The system displays the code set as default in the “Maintain Codes” activity. |
Document No |
The unique number identifying the document number of the vehicle. |
Branch |
Use the drop–down list box to select the organizational unit of the branch. |
Issued Date From |
The starting range of the issued date from which you wish to retrieve the details. |
Issued Date To |
The ending range of the issued date from which you wish to retrieve the details. |
Valid Date From |
The starting range of the valid date from which you wish to retrieve the details. |
Valid Date To |
The ending range of the valid date from which you wish to retrieve the details. |
Expiry Date From |
The starting range of the expiry date from which you wish to retrieve the details. |
Expiry Date To |
The ending range of the expiry date from which you wish to retrieve the details. |
Click the “View Report” button to view the report details.
