Driver Bonus and Deduction Report

A driver bonus and deduction report offers the ability to view the reports of the driver bonus and deductions by searching with the from and to dates. The report is also generated by searching with the trip log and driver code.

• Select the “Driver Bonus and Deduction Report” activity under the “Reports – Transport Management” business component.

The “Driver Bonus and Deduction Report” page appears.

- Clicking this icon available near certain fields takes you to the help page of the respective field.

To view the existing driver bonus and deduction report

• Enter the following details in the header:

From Date	The starting range of the date from which you wish to retrieve the details.
To Date	The ending range of the date till which you wish to retrieve the details.
Driver Code	A unique code that identifies the driver.
Driver Name	The name of the driver is displayed automatically if you select the driver code
Trip Log	A unique code that identifies the trip log.
Trip Log Status	The trip log status is displayed if you select the trip log number.
Agreement No	A unique number that identifies the agreement number.
Branch	Use the drop-down list box to select the organizational unit of the branch.
