This page allows you specify the quality attributes for the line items in the SCR. Tell me more
Select the “Specify Quality Attributes” link at the bottom of the “Create Subcontract Request” page.
The “Specify Quality Attributes” page appears on the screen.
The system displays the status of the quality attributes.
The system displays the following:

The number of units of the line item requested in the SCR. |

The Unit Of Measure in which the Subcontract items are measured. |

Required Min Value |
The minimum value assigned for the attribute of the item is entered. (Numeric) This cannot be blank if the attribute value is “Standard”. This cannot be less than “Attribute minimum value” and not greater than “Attribute Max Value”, if the “Attribute Type” is “Quantitative”. This should also be less than the “Required Max Value” |

Required Max Value |
The maximum acceptable value for the attribute of the item if it is a quantitative parameter (Numeric) This cannot be blank if the attribute values is “Standard”. This cannot be greater than “Attribute maximum value” and not less than the “Attribute Min value”, if the “Attribute Type” is “Quantitative. |

Required Standard Quantitative Value |
The standard value assigned to the attribute of the item. (Numeric). This cannot be blank if the attribute type is quantitative and the “Attribute value” is set as “Standard”. Ensure this value is lies between the “Minimum Value” and “Maximum Value”. This should not be lesser than the “Required Min Value” and not greater than “Required Max Value”, if attribute type is “Quantitative”. |

Required Standard Qualitative Value |
The required standard value assigned to the attribute of the type “Qualitative”. (Numeric). For example, blue could be a standard qualitative value for the attribute “Color”. |

The type of the quality attribute, which could be “Qualitative” or “Quantitative”. |

Attribute Min Value |
The minimum quantitative value assigned to the attribute of the item (Decimal). Mandatory, if the attribute type is quantitative. |

Attribute Max Value |
The maximum quantitative value assigned to the attribute of the item. Decimal). Mandatory, if the attributive type is quantitative. Ensure this value is greater than “Minimum Value”. |

Standard Quantitative value |
The standard value assigned to the item’s attribute of the type “Quantitative”. (Decimal). Mandatory, if the attribute type is quantitative. Ensure this value lies between the “Minimum Value” and “Maximum Value”. |

Standard Qualitative Value |
The standard value assigned to the attribute of the type “Qualitative”. For example, blue could be a standard qualitative value for the attribute “Color”. |

Trackable |
The system displays whether the item’s attribute value can be tracked or not. |
Click the “Specify Quality Attributes” pushbutton to save the quality attributes to the SCR.

If all the mandatory information has been entered and validated the SCR status is set to “Fresh”
Click the “Approve SCR” pushbutton to approve the quality attributes details.
The quality attribute values are mapped to the SCR.
If all the mandatory information has been entered and validated the SCR status is set to “Approved”.
Specify Quality Attributes– an Overview
The page displays all the SCR details such as the SCR number, amendment number. On giving the SCR line number, the system displays all the item details such as the subcontract item code, variant of the item, description of the item, the quantity of item required from the subcontractor, the unit of measurement of the line item.
This page allows you specify both quantitative and qualitative parameters for the items. You can specify the minimum, maximum, and the standard attribute value required for a line item.
In this page the quality attribute details for the SCR line items along with the record statistics and status are saved against SCR Number.
