This page allows you view the quality attributes for the line items in the SCR. Tell me more
Select the “View Quality Attributes” link at the bottom of the “View Subcontract Request” page.
The “View Quality Attributes” page appears on the screen.
The system displays the status of the quality attributes.
The system displays the following:

SCR No. |
A unique code identifying the Subcontract Request. |
Enter the following fields in the “Item Details” group box

Line No. |
Use the drop-down list box to select the line number, which is associated with an item. |
The system displays the following:

Item Code |
Code or identification number of the item. |
|
Variant Code |
The name of the variant associated with the item. |
|
Desc. |
The textual description of the item and the variant. |
|
Qty. |
The Quantity required by the buyer out of the subcontracted line item. |
|
UOM |
The Unit Of Measure in which the items are measured. |
|
Attributes Values |
The quality attribute for the item is displayed. |

Remarks |
Additional information regarding the quality attributes can be entered. |

Attribute Code |
The code that identifies the unique quality attribute |
|
UOM |
The Unit Of Measure in which the items are measured. |

Required Min Value |
The minimum value acceptable for the attribute of the item is displayed. |

Required Max Value |
The maximum value acceptable for the attribute of the item is displayed. |

Reqd Standard Quantitative Value |
The required standard quantitative value assigned to the attribute of the item. This cannot be blank if the attribute type is “Quantitative”. This should not be lesser than the “Required Min Value” and not greater than the “Required Max Value”, if attribute type is “Quantitative”. |

Reqd Standard Qualitative Value |
The required standard qualitative value assigned to the attribute of the item. This cannot be blank if the attribute type is “Qualitative”. This should not be lesser than the “Required Min Value” and not greater than the “Required Max Value”, if attribute type is “Qualitative”. |

Attribute Desc. |
Description stating the nature of the attribute. |

Attribute Type |
The type of the quality attribute, which could be “Qualitative” or “Quantitative”. |

Attribute Min Value |
The minimum quantitative value assigned to the item’s attribute. |

Attribute Max Value |
The maximum quantitative value assigned to the item’s attribute. |

Standard Quantitative Value |
The standard quantitative value assigned to the item’s attribute. |

Standard Qualitative Value |
The standard qualitative value assigned to the item’s attribute. |

Trackable |
The system displays whether the item’s attribute value can be tracked or not. |

The page displays all the SCR details such as the SCR number, amendment number. On giving the SCR line number, the system displays all the item details such as the item code, variant of the item, description of the item, the quantity of item required from the subcontractor, the unit of measurement of the line item.
This page allows you view both quantitative and qualitative parameters for the items. You can view the minimum, maximum, and the standard attribute value required for a line item.
In this page the quality attribute details for the SCR line items along with the record statistics and status are saved against SCR Number.
