A maintain equipment tracking offers the ability to track the equipments based on the document type and document number. It includes activities like Dispatch Details and Receipt Details.

The “Maintain Equipment Tracking” appears.

      - Clicking this icon available near certain fields takes you to the help page of the respective field.

To create a new maintain equipment tracking details

Eqp. Track No.

The unique number that identifies the Equipment tracking.

Numbering Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the numbering type. The combo is loaded with the values as defined in system parameter.

Document Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the document type. The combo is loaded with the values “SLA”.

Document No

The number identifying the service level agreement raised.

Line No

Use the drop-down list box to select the line number. The list of line numbers already generated are shown in the combo box.

Customer Code

On selection of the document number, the system displays the customer code.

Customer Name

On selection of the document number, the system displays the name of the customer.

Approved By

The unique code of the person who approves the equipment tracking.

Approved By Name

On selection of Approved By, the system displays the name of the approver.

Equipment Code

The unique code that identifies the Equipment.

Equipment Description

The description of the equipment.

Ready for Dispatch

The equipment that has been ready for dispatch.

Dispatch Date

The date at which the equipment is dispatched.

Dispatch Time

The time at which the equipment is dispatched.

Ack. Date (Customer)

The date at which the customer received the equipment.

Ack. Time

The time at which the customer received the equipment.

Dispatch Remarks

Any remarks pertaining to the dispatch.

Dispatch By

The code of the person who dispatched the equipment.

Dispatched By Name

The name of the person who dispatched the equipment.

Dispatch Ticket No.

The unique ticket number that identifies the dispatch of the equipment.

Vehicle No.

The number of the vehicle in which the equipment is shipped.

Driver Name

The name of the driver who drives the vehicle.

Route

The route by which the equipment is dispatched.

Line No

The line number of the equipment.

Sub Line No

The sub line number of the equipment.

Equipment Code

The unique code that identifies the equipment.

Equipment Description

The textual description about the equipment.

Receipt Date

The date at which the equipment is received.

Receipt Time

The time at which the equipment is received.

Dispatch Date (Customer)

The date at which the customer dispatches the equipment.

Dispatch Time

The time at which the customer dispatches the equipment.

Receipt Remarks

Any remarks pertaining to the receipt.

Received By

The code of the person who received the equipment.

Received By Name

The name of the person who received the equipment.

Receipt Ticket No

The receipt ticket number is generated once the equipment is received.

Vehicle No

The number of the vehicle in which the equipment is shipped.

Driver Name

The name of the driver who drives the vehicle.

Route

The route of the vehicle.

Line No

The line number is displayed.

Sub Line No

The sub line number is displayed.

 

Created By

The login ID of the user who created the Maintain equipment tracking. The date and time at which the Maintain equipment tracking was created.

Modified By

The login ID of the user who modified the Maintain equipment tracking . The date and time at which the Maintain equipment tracking was last modified.
