A view error log offers the ability to view the errors based on the agreement numbers. You can view the error that has been occurred during service work order generation. Whenever the daemon is run then the errors are populated in the error log.
Select the “Error Log” activity under the “Service Work Order” business component.
The “View Error Log” page appears.

To view the existing error log details
Enter the following details in ”Search Criteria” group box:
Agreement No. From |
The starting range of the agreement number from which you wish to retrieve the details. |
Agreement No. To |
The ending range of the agreement number till which you wish to retrieve the details. |
Equipment Code |
A unique code that identifies the equipment by which you wish to retrieve the details. |
Customer Code |
A unique code that identifies the customer by which you wish to retrieve the details |
Customer Name |
The name of the customer by which you wish to retrieve the details. |
Click the “Search” button to retrieve the entire error log details in the multiline.
The system displays the following details in the “Search Results” multiline.
Daemon Last Run On |
The latest run date of daemon. |
Customer Code |
A unique code that identifies the customer. |
Agreement No. |
A unique number that identifies the rental agreement. |
Line No. |
The line number of the agreement. |
Exception |
The exception indicates the error information. |
Customer Name |
The name of the customer. |
Equipment |
The number or code that identifies the equipment. |
Run Date |
The date on which the error batch details was run. |
